As an artist I am fascinated with the human predicament.
I see the human body as a shell that expresses an endless torment.
Through my work I wish to explore and lay bare the complexities of the human mind:
the insanity and recklessness of people, the emotional conflict and folly of life,
as well as the crippling sense of fear and alienation.
By depicting the human body in its purest form, the nude,
I strive to capture its reflection of our physical anguish and innermost struggles.
 

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Our worth is not determined by our physical appearance,
nor is the significance of our lives attached to our achievements.
Just by being human we leave our mark on this world.
And that is enough.
